The attached file contains a scan of two letters to the Superintendent of Dorchester County School District #2 (DCSD2), dated June 26, 2008 and June 27, 2008 respectively, requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regarding the political activities of the employees of DCSD2 by means of or on the property of DCSD2. The file also contains a scan of a letter of response from DCSD2's legal counsel, Rosen, Rosen & Hagood regarding the FOIA request, along with fifteen (15) pages of copies of e-mails and petition sheets submitted to us as "those documents that are in the possession of [emphasis DCTA's] Dorchester County School District 2." These are presented herein so that the public might have access to this information for the purposes of research and public advocacy.
